A corporate identity or image is how a company, business or enterprise presents itself to the public. Corporate identity’s visual branding and branding may also include product design, advertising, PR, etc. Corporate identity is a primary goal of corporate communications to maintain and build the identity to align with and facilitate the company’s business goals. Generally, this equates to a company title, logo, and supporting entities usually assembled within a set of corporate guidelines. These guidelines govern how the identity is applied and typically include approved color palettes, typefaces, page layouts, typefaces, and more.
